Selling

Please note that a residential real estate agent IS NOT a full-time commercial real estate investment advisor. A decision to utilize a residential agent could be a very costly one on your part, whether selling or investing. Commercial real estate is a specialty within the industry requiring unique transaction management that residential agents are not exposed to routinely. Plus, commercial has its own information exchanges that residential agents do not have access to for reaching the commercial buyer community.
